You share volume, sort window, number of routes or carriers, and the space available. We size the configuration and quote a per-parcel rate.
2. Written terms
Price, custody of packages and insurance are agreed in writing before installation.
3. Installation
SortLease delivers and installs the sorter at your site or a shared hub, typically in 2–4 weeks.
4. Monthly invoice
You're billed each month for the parcels sorted. Maintenance and upgrades are SortLease's responsibility.

Does it pay at your volume?
Automated sorting saves money only when hand-sorting costs you more per parcel than the per-parcel price. If your drivers sort for just a few minutes, or your carrier already delivers route-sorted containers, it probably won't.

Prices start from $0.10 per parcel. The rate for your site depends on daily volume, sort window, number of destinations and whether you use your own station or a shared hub, and is set in writing before installation.
Can several delivery partners share the cost?
Yes. In a shared sorting hub, 3–4 delivery partners use one sorter in separate time windows or lanes, and each pays per parcel for its own volume.
Can I buy the sorter instead?
Yes. Larger or multi-site operations can purchase a FlowSort S15. Purchase prices are quoted per configuration.
Is there a monthly rental option?
SortLease does not list monthly rental pricing. Delivery partners use pay-per-parcel pricing; larger operations can buy a system.
How do I know if it will save money?

Can I try it first?
Yes. A 30-day station pilot is measured before and during, run under written terms, and the sorter is removable if the pilot does not continue.
