What If Drivers Could Own
a Piece of the Network
They Helped Build?
Every driver who's ever spent a morning digging through a mixed-up box knows the problem better than anyone. We're exploring what it would look like if the people closest to that problem could eventually hold a stake in the solution -- not just drive past it every morning.
The Problem, From the Driver's Seat
At a lot of stations, packages for five or six different drivers still arrive mixed together in the same boxes. Every morning, before a single stop gets made, someone has to dig through that pile by hand -- often losing two to three hours that could have gone toward actual deliveries.
That lost time is the whole reason automated sorting exists. But today, the equipment belongs to whoever leases it -- not to the drivers whose mornings it gives back.
The Idea We're Exploring
We're looking into a structure where drivers and DSP owners -- the people who actually depend on a station's sorting equipment every single day -- could hold an ongoing stake in that equipment, not just pay to use it. In this vision, someone who stops driving one day wouldn't necessarily stop being connected to the network they helped run.
This is early-stage thinking, not a finished plan. If we move forward, it would happen through a registered funding platform, the way securities offerings are required to work in the US -- not through this webpage.

A note on what this page is (and isn't): This page describes a vision we're exploring for how drivers and DSP partners might one day hold a stake in SortLease's sorting network. It is not an offer to sell securities, and no investment, payment, or commitment of any kind is being solicited here. Signing up for updates does not create any right, obligation, or ownership interest. If SortLease decides to move forward with a structure like this, it will be conducted through a registered funding portal or broker-dealer, in compliance with applicable securities law -- not through this website.
